Making our way out of the water!We just returned from a trip to Los Angeles, California. We were there for a week visiting my mom's sister, Jackie and her husband, Daryl. Ben absolutely loved Auntie and Uncle Daryl. He had so much fun exploring their house! The 2nd day we were there, we took Ben to Corona del Mar to see the tide pools and to explore the beach and see the ocean. He loved it all. On the 3rd day, we went to Disneyland. Surprisingly, Ben loved that as well. We stayed in a really nice hotel a few blocks from Disneyland and played in the pool. We visited with friends, Gina and Jim and their daughter, Annie, who is 2. The two of them really got along well and enjoyed the play date. The day before we left, we visited the Long Beach Aquarium and had a nice lunch with a view of the ocean! We returned on Friday, May 23rd and we're still recuperating!!! We enjoyed the warm, salty air and the beautiful sights of California!
